Bridge Will Rise To The Occasion

The full-back has recovered from a knee injury that has kept him out of action for the past two months however, the 29-year-old England international returned to full training last week without any side effects. Wayne is expected to be named in Mancini's squad for face relegation threatened Hull on Saturday.

TEAM BRIDGE

Manchester City players on Sunday wore T-shirts declaring 'TEAM BRIDGE' in support of Bridge with the City defender reported to be 'in bits' following last weekend's disclosure with Carlos Tévez, Nigel de Jong and Stephen Ireland sported the T-shirts. However, the UK's Sunday tabloids are promising further revelations this weekend regarding John Terry and Wayne's ex-girlfriend, something which I'm sure you'd agree is totally unjustified.

I have no doubt Blues travelling to KC Stadium on Saturday will show their support, respect and admiration for someone who is nothing more than an innocent man.
