Liverpool Game ON Despite Heavy Snow

Sunday's game against Liverpool is definitely on despite heavy overnight snow in the Manchester area.

The official MCFC site announced earlier today...

'Despite the overnight snowfall around Manchester, we can confirm that this afternoon's game against Liverpool is ON.'

'Traffic is moving freely around the City of Manchester Stadium and the approaches immediately the ground itself for those on foot are clear. There is no problem with the playing surface and the game goes ahead at 3.00pm as scheduled.'

'If you are coming to the game, the weather is set to remain cold and wet throughout the day, so please wear lots of layers and stay warm.'
