Do we sack Mancini and get in yet another manager, or do we allow him to get rid of under-performing players and buy a few players that want to wear the shirt and actually have a bit of talent?

OK, there have been a few rumblings of discontent amongst the fans at the way we are playing at the moment.
So the question I ask you is what do we do in the summer? Do we sack Mancini and get in yet another manager, or do we allow him to get rid of under-performing players and buy a few players that want to wear the shirt and actually have a bit of talent?
My personal opinion? Taxis for Ireland, SWP, Petrov, RSC, Toure - none of these players has lived up to expectations this season and we can surely buy better.
Buy - Box to box midfielder (Johnno may not make it back sadly).
Creative midfielder.
Decent keeper to challenge Given.
Tall striker that can head the ball.
What does everyone else think?
bluemooner_mcfc - player wise it depends on what players our NEW manager brings in and IF we finish in the CL at what kind of player who wants to join us.
I just feel Mancini will be gone in the summer sadly because I like him and want him to succeed here but there`s too much going against him player wise and even supporter wise and I can feel he is losing his backing by some members on here which I can understand and wouldn't say anything against those who have lost/losing faith in him.
