City's Big Game Players


After the sensational performances of Craig Bellamy and Carlos Tevez at Stamford Bridge last weekend, I have decided to look into who decides to turn up and face the music when we play the 'Big Six' (Chelsea, Rags, Arsenal, Liverpool, Villa, Spurs).

Games against the Big Six:

Statistics taken from my blog - Man City Issues. Players must have played at least 4 games for a rating average.

Just looking at these figures; it is quite clear that Bellamy and Tevez produce the goods on the big occasions.

From all this info I come to the simple conclusion that Craig Bellamy and Carlos Tevez are our true big game players. They always rise to the occasion and if you wanted two people fighting your corner in a scrap; it would definetely be those two.

God bless tevez and bellamy. City really want to beat the big teams and send out a statement. We need some small game performers, the draws against wigan, burnley, hull etc are crippling us.
