Robinho Beats Berbatov In Battle Of The Flops

According to a reporter in the Daily Star, Robinho may not be burning all of his bridges after all.

After weeks of interviews and speculation that he is unhappy at City and is looking for a way out The Star reports that he will rent Robbie Savage's bling pad.

The £32.5million British record signing has beaten United flop Berbatov after he was blown away by the gadgets, boys toys and all-round bling factor of the annoying Welsh midfielder’s £2.35 million home in Prestbury, Cheshire.

The paper quotes that Robbie will rent the pad for £10,000 a month until he decides on a permanent move.

A nothing story apart from the fact that most Blues and the footballing world are under the impression that they have seen him for the last time in a sky blue shirt of City.

Is this a sign of things to come or just more pap from the pappiest of newspapers? Would you like to see the mercurial yet self-centred Samba star return?

He has to come back if we say so because if he didn't he would be in breach of contract.

Unfortunately mate this is an old story and was originally published in september 2008, just after robi signed for us. Just check the top of the article

"But Robinho himself has instructed's City's player welfare department to sort out the details of his house rental for another year - and he has not sold the £170,000 Lamborghini car he bought after joining City in 2008" Thankfully its still relevant in theme. Is he staying?

For me after all the talk he been giving don't want him back!
mcfcthriller
Its a wait and see for me, but the non sale of his property isa big factor, not burning his bridges entirely.
Buzz Lightyear

Come on NW - would any manure fan out there be able to tell me they got value for money for Berbaflop and keep a straight face?

Both have been huge disappointments unlike Carlos Tevez, who could be a City legend.

At least Robinho scored some fabulous goals for us and in my opinion was the better buy, if only the weather was a bit warmer.
Buzz Lightyear
He is undoubtedly talented but lacks spirit and professionalism.. He s an expensive flop...
