some games have gone for us, we have second chance to get close to Spuds.

Wigan have lost every game that has followed a win in the league this year, and City have won every game that has followed a loss in the league this year so one result appears to stand out

I wish we had the points on the board like Spids

At least Villa did themselves no favours today. Still can't rule them out, but the battering they got will certainly weigh on their minds. Spuds got the result even Mark Lawrenson couldn't get wrong against Pompey, so it really is a case of scoring at least 1 more goal than Wigan on Monday. Although of course I'd settle for nine, but can't see Wigan getting another tonking like that this season. 2-1 anyone?

looks like Liverpool are going 5th, winning 1-0 at the moment.

tired players, lack of a plan b, some bad finishing through the season meaning draws when we should have one, lack of rotation making us a bit predictable. All factors I think Johnny

yup, afraid so, they get us to the point of starting to believe then drop us from a great height basically. You guys know exactly what I'm talking about, your team has done the same to you all over the years!

You are not wrong their fear, but no Euro football this year surely has to help us in the final furlong.
