Tevez Lands PFA Fans' Award

Tevez Lands PFA Fans' Award

Manchester City in-form striker, Carlos Tevez has won the PFA Fans' Player of the Month award for March.

Emmanuel Adebayor said...

'Carlos never gives up. I've had the chance to play with a lot of great strikers, but Carlos really is special. He's from Argentina, and we all know how Argentineans play. They are always hungry for the ball, and Carlos is just like that.'

'He fights for the team week-in, week-out and in training he is always doing his job. I'm very happy playing alongside Carlos and I'm really enjoying my game at the moment because of it.'

Teammate Javier Garrido says of Tevez...

'We know how well Wayne Rooney has done but for us, for Man City, maybe Carlos Tevez is like Wayne Rooney is for United. He works hard and gives us a lot, and the team feels that.'

'Carlos is definitely one of the in-form strikers. When he plays, the team has confidence because he is a player that gives his best, works hard and scores goals for us. He is a key player, a main player for us.'

Congratulations Carlos.
