Free Scoring Carlos Tevez

Trevor Jacobs sent Vital Manchester City the following.

Carlos Tevez has been rampant for Manchester city since his move from United in the summer. The Argentinean striker has since slotted home 28 goals in total already this season, just six less than his total tally for the red rags in two previous campaigns. The 26-year-old believes being deployed into a more familiar roaming role has benefited him immensely.

Tevez was quoted as saying...

'I am playing now as a free striker. This is my position. I am now playing in the position I played in Argentina and Brazil, and in the last 10 games for West Ham,' Tevez explained on the leagues official website.

'At Manchester United I was asked to defend more. It was a different responsibility. Now I go onto the pitch and I am physically and mentally fit - I say to myself I have to win the game for City.'

Tevez will be hoping his current prolific form continues when former club United visit Eastlands this weekend. Especially after former rag team mate, Rio Ferdinand was quoted saying that Tevez was 'lazy' in training and that he holds back a lot. It looks to me as it obviously works for him!! Ferdinand also said that Carlos Tevez is the rags most potent threat when the two meet on the 17th of April on what is described as the most anticipated derby day clash in years.

Oh we love you Carlos, something about how great the City fans are would have been nice though, the support you've had has been awesome pal

For 47 million, not bad.. lol. Seriously, he's been in sensational form eh? Fergie must be regretting his decision to let him go!
JT_daniel
He didn't cost 47 million, this has been officially shot down by every credible source. He cost 25 million, which is about 6 million cheaper than Berbatov cost.
StuMCFC
The club has already confirmed that he is definately NOT a record signing (held by Robinho at £32m). Although if he did cost £47m, he was worth it!

Carlos tevez was quoted as saying he 'hates' mancini.

"Carlos tevez was quoted as saying he 'hates' mancini." He said NO SUCH THING. The media is again taking small comments and turning them wickedly in a late, desperate attempt to destablize our 4th place push.
StuMCFC
The Yellow and Green are getting what they can out of it too, Stu.
Johnny Baguette
25.5 million, was it not? Well worth it, I think..

Sorry Stu, after reading the article I presumed it was ok to make stuff up as long as it was in 'quotations'.
