However, the luckless Joleon Lescott is sure to be devastated at his exclusion. Wayne Bridge of course withdrew his candidacy following 'Terrygate.'

both johnson and wright phillips aren't going to be first choice wingers if they're both named in the final 23 though which is a shame.

'Harty', 'Johnno', 'Gazzer Bazzer'......sounds like nicknames a bunch of 'lads' would put on the back of their t-shirts for a trip to Faliraki. Embarrassing. Gazzer Bazzer being the worst. By far.

Well footballers are 'lads' I suppose...the fact that Johnson isn't called 'AJ' as a nickname is retarded, seeing as there's already a 'Johnno' there. It's so obvious a nickname it's painful that he's not called that. Gaz is fine, Gazzer Bazzer though.....vom worthy!

As for our club call ups for England that's probably what i expected. SWP will miss the final cut but i desperately hope AJ, Barry and Hart remain. Carragher, Hesky, Upson, Green, what jokers.
