*UPDATE* Manchester City Capture David Silva

**BREAKING NEWS** Manchester City have reached an agreement with Valencia over the transfer of David Silva.

The official Manchester City website broke the news at 11am this morning.

"The player's advisers and officials from both clubs have finalised the details over a four-year contract, which will bring the 24-year-old to City of Manchester Stadium. He will complete his medical and officially become a City player once his involvement in the World Cup is over."

fabulous news but cue now for the media to start saying hes so lightweight,hes a mercernary etc.I dont care however its great being a city fan!!!!! yaya to follow and we will have the best midfield by far and away.

Ha well ye said this about Tevez, Adeybayor etc. amd ye only came fifth... sorry it's just i'm a tad jealous. He is a terrific footballer who i'm happy will be playing in England. Even if it is for ye.
