New City Home Kit released

New City Home Kit released

City have just released details of the new home kit for next season.

Officially launched on July 6th, if you place orders via the City website before 22nd June, they guarantee you'll receive yours on release day so you can impress all the friends and neighbours - especially if they're Reds !

Having just seen it, I can't say I'll be rushing out to get one - in fact it reminds me of a hybrid of last years home and away shirts.

At £45 for Adults and £30 for kids, it's yet more money the poor, beleaguered fan will have to dig deep into their pockets for, especially if like me, you have a number of Junior Blues in the house.

I'm not having a go at City especially here, as all clubs and sportswear suppliers rip the fans off with unjustifiable prices, but it's just another one of those things that will eventually drive the ordinary fan away from the club they've supported over the years.

check it out in the online City shop website ( www.mcfc.co.uk) - it'll probably be better than the new Spurs kit ;-)

Perhaps we need a change of colour to change our luck, it worked for the Gooners last season.

Once again, another rip off for the fans. £45 is too much in anyons money. Why is no one surprised when people buy cheap imitations?
