Super Mario Definitely Maybe

Super Mario Definitely Maybe

The European continent's newswires are alive with reports that Inter Milan's powerhouse striker Mario Balotelli is almost certain To Be Blue...

From L'Equipe and La Parisien in France to Gazzetta dello Sport and Sky Sports Italia in Italy, the story goes that the player's agent alongside his lawyer and The Citizens own lawyers are thrashing out the giant striker's salary in town following confirmation from Internazionale President Massimo Moratti earlier this week that 'Super Mario' will be off to the airport shortly now that a fee of around £25 million has been agreed between the San Siro and Eastlandso clubs.

Moratti:

'Everyone is right about Balotelli: he is a talent, who, in my opinion, has yet to express himself 100 per cent. But this talent, in this moment, doesn't seem so indispensable...we have important offers and objectives of an economic character, so you make a sacrifice with the player who everyone wants.'

Gazzetta dello Sport has revealed that 6ft 3in Balotelli who turns 20 next month and has bagged 20 odd senior goals for Inter to date, was the subject of a surprise farewell party in Milan at the Van Gogh Café last Sunday evening which was thrown by his friends. Gazzetta hacks were lurking and report that Balotelli declared 'I am leaving for Manchester City.'

It could well be that the brilliant but unpredictable lad whom Roberto Mancini gave his league debut to is soon to come of age under Mancio in East Manchester.

So it's over to all Blues supporting baggage handlers, coppers, customs agents, security staff, caterers, taxi drivers and plane spotters at Ringway. Keep your eyes peeled for a group of dark suited and booted men in sunglasses with briefcases. If you see them heading for the next flight to Milan reading Paul Hince in the MUEN with anyone from MCFC, drop us a line at the VMC Newsdesk!

No but through the miracles of sight and hearing I have by some god given power, been able to identify Balotelli as being a whiny bitch who doesnt like being told what to do by his manager.

I'm sure Mancini will have something to say about that, he did what he was told under Mancini's guidance.

If the fella can maintain focus and find his feet he's going to steamroller a few defences, I can tell you.

Its the football that counts so im not worried about how he is. Sure him and Bellerz will get on like a house on fire ;). Hes got some serious talent and im very excited about this one. And he doesnt count as one of the 25 because hes 19 so good stuff!

He's a right hard case according to an Italian mate of mine, but has needed to be as he suffered a lot of racist abuse.

You know, Bellamy gets a lot of crap for being a "terrible person" and " waste of a human being" but still manages time between beating up puppies to run a charitable foundation in Sierra Leone. Of course that has never been reported by the press because he doesn't talk to the press, so they vilify him any way they can. Don't believe everything you read.

People say how Balotelli is a disruptive influence in the team? Inter won the treble last season, so he cant be that disruptive. Media hype as always.
