Peek-A-Boo City Blue The World Is Watching You

We at Vital Manchester City are always looking for new and imaginative ways to provide our visitors with the very best news and viewing experience - today is no exception.

Let me explain.

On Thursday 29 July 2010 VMC published an article whereby I embedded a world map at the top of the page. What this did was allow the admin team and I to see where, in general our visitors came from.

Every yellow dot represented a previous visitor to this particular article, while the flashing red spots were current viewers. If you clicked on the map itself and then top right of the link anyone could see which country and town folk had visited from. Check it out for yourself by clicking here.

Oh and by the way, MCFC found the Youtube clip amusing.

New World Widget

This new found widget, in my opinion goes one better in that the graphics are a lot clearer. In addition, the icons at the bottom left of the widget allows you to play around with the view.

Have a play and tell us what you think.

The number of viewers displayed (top right) is in real time as well.

It appears the blue dots left on the planet surface are previous visitors. Still learning...
Tudor
Ref the buttons (bottom left). If you click on the right one, next to ^ v then the link takes you to exact town locations from where everyone has visited. Cool.
Tudor
wow, so desperate to attract supporters
maka4chelsea
Go and blow it our ya *ss maka4chelsea. Bleedin' wanna-bees.
Tudor
Just think if they had the same for the Rags there would be no flags over Manchester.

As one with medical experience, I would suggest that each yellow dot is more likely to be a festering pustule forming. As my old professor used to say....never let the sun set on pus......squeeze the buggers!!

Supporters wait!!! Can't see them having that much after two seasons with so much money with zero trophies. that's why attracting..........
Saimon_blues
i personally like the new thrifty site.... I didn't get it WsWilly that was such a lame joke attempt... @Saimon_blues: Sad but true... btw city fans shouldn't go out saying that. but we aint winning nothing till the d"ck mancini goes... and we stop buying anything that moves
hughesarmy
the hughes time was good. Ever since we sold Dunne ... f"cking ****s at City !!!
hughesarmy
Hughesarmy: Hughes and Dunne are gone - deal with it. If you don't want to support City anymore move to Fulham.
Blue ponderer
I'll second the above comment Blue ponderer.
Tudor
my bad i didn't intend it to come out that way... I meant i wasn't altogether happy with the City board's decisions. I'm sorry if i sounded hash towards the club. And i know they're gone but seeing Dunne perform now and comparing him to Lescott. I wish we had got Terry last year... or not sold Dunne at all
hughesarmy
......That's three Hail Mary's and one Our Father then hughesarmy........and dont let it happen again!....otherwise I may have to squeeze your pustules too.
mutters
Hughesarmy stop pretending you're a City fan you're pathetic!!!
me_innit
Firstly Dunne had hit a poor form when we sold him, im glad he had a great season at Villa, the change in his env might have helped, secondly Lescott has hardly played for us cos he's been injured and when he's played he's been solid so you cant judge him yet and lastly Terry knew he couldn't be in the same team as Bridge so just used the transfer saga to increase his wages. Hughesarmy is just pretending to be a City fan so he can have little pops at our club from time to time, give up the obsession mate!
me_innit
I'm beggining to think Hughesarmy is Nobby Allcock in disguise!
Johnny Baguette
You're right johnny, it takes an absolute punk of a human being to disguise themselves as a fan of a club just to have a go at the club. What happened to having the balls to be honest about not being a fan and still sharing your views? And no its not smart, it just makes you a c*ward hughesarmy!!!
me_innit
RELEGATION.........RELEGATION............RELEGATION.............City rose to New heights ............
the_blue_world
Loving all the attention we're getting from jealus rivals. Well folks, keep it coming, what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger. And Hughesarmy - EPIC FAIL. P.S. Liking the widget Tudor!
fifthcolumnblue
My sides are splitting the_blue_world. Oh the laughter.
Tudor
