Manchester City: The Movie Trailer

Manchester City: The Movie Trailer

'Blue Moon Rising', a movie which covers the most dramatic and emotive seasons in the club's 135-year history will be shown in cinemas across the country in September.

Told through interviews with fans, players and club executives, the film captures the wave of optimism from Sheikh Mansour's £210m takeover to the then record signing of Brazil star Robinho for £32.5m.

City's marketing manager David Pullan said...

'Blue Moon Rising reinforces Manchester City's standing as the most fascinating story in the world of football.'

'We wanted to give football fans around the world a unique insight into the club and its future by getting them close to the action in this unique year.'

'It will be a lasting testimony to one of the most exciting years in Manchester City's history.'

'Blue Moon Rising' will combine cinematic production value and breathtaking footage with the very real human drama that defines the club and its fans.

There are various rumours regarding Robinho but like I say, they are just rumours. One thing is for sure - he's been named in the squad for the Europa League game on Thursday.
