Tottenham Frustrated By BraveHART

Tottenham Frustrated By BraveHART

One of the most entertaining scoreless games I've seen in a while, with goalmouth action galore. Well done Joe Hart, tough luck Tottenham, we nearly had you.

Our next meeting is scheduled to take place on 16 April 2011 although I expect that will change once Sky or ESPN decide to broadcast the game, live.

I thought after a grreat defensive performance City deserved to nick it towards the end - clearly the better team in the second half.

Hehe Willy, even with my blue eyes I don't think we deserved to nick it....we had much more posession but lacked a cutting edge even in the 2nd half. It shoulda been all over after 25 mins, but for our man of the moment between the sticks! Great point for us, bitter result to swallow for the spuds!

'We nearly has you' Spurs battered you first half and 2nd half was spurs half aswell. Some people obviously watched different games.

2nd half we dominated possession but lacked a cutting edge. With a cutting edge we really could have snatched it. Look at the space Shauny had with his chance but his brain was just switched off.

Peter fart chewer, you irksome little scamp - you seem to enjoy talking about City so much that one would almost think you were getting ready to jump ship!

From this perfomance we can take heart that we seem to have stopped leaking goals but my did we lack any bite up front..

Stopped leaking goals , Thats down to your Goalie no one else lol , Richards was Murdered first half as was Kolarov ( Waste of money ) , Kompany ive always stated is a class act , Toure played well 2 , But your 3 defensive Midfielders were abismal , As some of you said you lacked a cutting edge second half despite having more of the ball , Spurs had less of the ball and could have still scored , Kompanys last ditch tackle on Keane , Bale missing the easiest chance of the game from the rebound , Pavlechenko getting 2 shots off , I cant remember Gomez making a save , Sorry City fans and although I'd love a team to break into the top 4 , 300 million spent in 2 seasons and you still look way off from bring title contenders !!!!

Oddjob - your comment about Kolarov tells me all I need to know about you, you are yet another disciple of the mainstream media's campaign of bull ****. Enough said.

Kolarov, a waste of money after one average but unoffensive half in his first ever Premier League match. Love it! I think ODDJOB79 writes for The Sun. Surprised he didn't call us "Citeh" though, seems to be the (strange) way to insult us, as if we should be ashamed of our accent or something (even funnier when it comes from a Yoonited fan!).
