Thought he provided the much needed energy when he came on and a debut goal will do him great. Brilliant to get a video of it up, the game was almost impossible to watch!!
Once a Blue
We finally hve a gaffer who isn't afraid to make changes.

Great goal from from Mario - at the right place at the right time - one of many I hope! Generally I think we controlled the game completely in the second half, I'm sure I heard that strike on the post from Yaya all the way to Manchester!
Blue ponderer
Bobby Manc has proved himself as a player and coach in Italy and now he'll prove himself as a successful manager in England.
Tudor
Radio GMR commentator was raving about the impact balo made. The kid has immense talent, watch him kick on from here.
Super City Slicker
Very impressed with him. Also has the physique to play as a lone striker if required if Ade isn't firing.
scragg
He certainly looks the goods and on that performance alone justified signing him......
Doody
Great signing, love it already. Unlike Robinho making a splash in front of a home crowd, Mario comes on in the second half, close to midnight, in Romania, with a team he barely knows other than chit-chat on the airplane, and he goes and gives 110%. That is what this team has needed for ages, and that's why the likes of Petrov and Ireland are plying their trade elsewhere.
PhillyBlueMoon
Robinho proved to be far too lightweight but this lad was having it with everyone around him within minues of coming on. He'll give that Nosferatu Skertl a run for his money on Monday night.
