'If It's Football, It's Vital'

More Departure Gate Calls Coming Up At Eastlands

It's boarding passes and passports at the ready as dapper City gaffer Roberto Mancini prepares to offload any players not up for the fight at Manchester City...

Shay Given, Emmanuel Adebayor and Robinho have already publicly white flagged it and regard themselves above fighting for a first team place at resurgent City.

All three could be up the road by Tuesday's transfer deadline in sync with Mancio's clear policy of shipping out any potential bad eggs. Given is being stalked by Mark Hughes at Fulham while Adebayor and Robinho will go to the highest bidders.

Roque Santa Cruz, as reported here earlier could take the total departures from SportCity this summer towards the 20 mark.

In other news, the big Ecuadorian junior striker Felipe Caicedo's loan move to West Ham fell through last week and like the young Brazilian Jo, who was poor against Timisoara last week might yet find himself on board for City's quest for glory this season.

Really disappointed in Seamus on this one. He's had a very bad injury with bags of support yet wants the easy road.

Problem is, they were all mostly first choice at their former clubs. They don't know what it means to be behind someone else in the fight for a place, and they can't take it.
DubaiSpur
Spot on Dubai.
Johnny Baguette
Can't argue with that Dubai
Buzz Lightyear
Can we add another name to that list? Taxi for Micah Richards...
