You Could Be The Next Face Of City!

Fine folks of Manchester City!

We got this through to Vital Central this morning. Might (or might not) be of interest. So we are publishing word for word. We take no responsibility for the event or whether your face fits! :o)

Ever dreamed of strutting your stuff on the catwalk? Well today could be your lucky day as the CityStore are on the lookout for potential models to showcase some of the new Essentials range. To be in with a chance of being selected, simply make your way down to the City Square stage for 1:30pm tomorrow (sat 11th Sept) and you could be taking part in our fun fashion show! The Essentials range is available for the whole family so Men, Ladies, boys & girls are all welcome. As well as launching your modelling career you will also get to keep what you wear but it`s on a strictly first come first served basis so be there from 1:30 prompt! You could be the next face of City!

As for us at Vital Towers, we have the sort of faces best suited to radio!

Might take my daughter down - she's got the cute factor down to a T, unlike her old man... ;)

Hooray for City! Got down there a little late, for the really good stuff (like the 70 water proof training jackets), but bagged the daughter and I a couple of very nice freebie shirts (not replica kit, but very nice all the same). Then got to say hello to Richard Edghill, Alex Williams and Ian Brightwell (couldn't quite get near Paul Lake) and strut our stuff on stage. My daughter got the biggest cheer of the day from the audience, and hopefully we'll be used in future marketing campaigns. Cheers to the people running the show too, as when I mentioned that my eldest daughter was at a birthday party they gave me a shirt for her too! Result.

fifthcolumnblue - sounds like you had a great time. Did you take any piccys?
Tudor
No mate sorry, no time, but the club took both stills and video of the event, with the promise that the footage would be used in an upcoming marketing campaign - my super-cute daughter went down well with the crowd, so hopefully they'll just edit me out!
fifthcolumnblue
Oh, did I mention - also got to sign the giant City shirt that was on stage! Top day (apart from the result). In fact, I believe this is the first league game my daughter has been to that didn't have 6 goals. Oh well.

Edit you out - PMSL. Love it mate.
