VMC Man Of The Match No9 Versus West Brom

The VMC Forum Posse have spoken and Eire's number one Shay Given earns our approval with a tremendous effort during City's poor display at The Hawthorns...

The Irishman gave it a right go last night in reminding us all what a class act he is.

Of the debutants from last night's squad number frenzy, our attacking Swede John Guidetti shows tremendous potential.

Jo, meanwhile, keeps on slowly creeping into the limelight.

We've had a different MOTM for every game this season so far. At least it shows that no one player is carrying the team. Unfortunately, with six defensive minded players winning MOTM as opposed to only three attacking players, it also demonstrates that we are relying on our defence a little bit too much.
