What Would You Do Without MCFC?

By nature I'm not a soppy bloke but what would you do without Manchester City Football Club?

I found the following montage of pictures on a Youtube video clip and with the background track playing in the distance...blimey, I nearly welled up!

Tell us, what would you do without MCFC?

Erm...don't know how well this will go down, but if there were no MCFC, wouldnt you all be supporting...erm, MUFC? Or most of you anyways.

I'd support Bury. As for a top level club, probably Bolton but never the rags.
StuMCFC
There's only one United Dubai, and it's Ashton.

I'd maybe support Wigan as i'm so used to following a team that can't wait to get to the 40pts mark.

Yep, I'd support someone like orient instead of supporting arsenal if THFC was gone as well. But did your question ask what you guys would do if MCFC disappeared , or who you'd be supporting if MCFC never existed? in the second case, you'd be much more likely to support United than Bolton or anyone else, which is what I was getting at.
DubaiSpur
If City died I would stick with Aussie rules football. There is only one City, nothing else could ever come close.

A life without MCFC? Doesn't bear thinking about. I probably wouldn't have got into football in the first place TBH, with Sale Sharks being the object of my affections - egg chasers over chicken scratchers every time for me!

it has to be Maine Road, IF GOD forbid MCFC disapeared...... other than that either Bury or Rochdale or Oldham, i can't even mention the name Man Uuuuuurrrreee....NO CAN'T DO IT....Does that answer your question Dubai star?

Alot of the future glory-hunters would be disappointed and going back to support Chelsea or Us? The transfer-market will restore its balance? Players with the ability of Tevez, Silva, Toure's, etc wouldn't bless the PL with their footballing abilities? Sheik Mansour would've saved 400 mil or so in losses? List is endless.
TheFamousNo7
Sheikh Mansour will make a profit with City in the long run 7, mark my words. The transfer market won't restore it's balance as long as clubs are selling players for 80 million, that little piece of business did nothing to distort the market, did it?
