Feeling Is That Four Will Leave In January

Our last Vital Manchester City front page poll question asked fans...

How many players (including on loan) if any will leave City in January?

Here is the result, in descending order:

Four - 47%
More than four - 28%
Two - 9%
Three - 9%
No one will leave - 7%
One - 0%

In my opinion the following players will leave either on loan or be sold in the January transfer window.

Jo
Shay Given
Joleon Lescott
Wayne Bridge
Shaun Wright-Phillips
Emmanuel Adebayor
Roque Santa Cruz

That makes a total of seven but what do you think? Let us know you thoughts in the comments section directly below this article.

Unless we sign two forwards I don't think Jo is going anywhere. He played quite well against Fulham, and you can't expect the fourth choice forward to be world class, so it's either him, a reserve youth like Guidetti, or a new signing willing to play fourth fiddle. I could see the others go, though we may have trouble finding buyers for Lescott and Bridge, thanks to Hughes overrating their value so much that they are on wages far exceeding their talent level.
