'If It's Football, It's Vital'

David Silva

David Silva has been nothing short of a sensation since he arrived at Manchester City and has quickly become a fans' favourite.

The 24-year-old Spain international has taken to the Premier League like a duck takes to water. Moreover, the former Valencia star is firm favourite to take the 'player of the season' award.

The following David Silva video clip was created by Robin Andeer and is well worth a look.

Enjoy.

When the hacks said he wasn't suitable for the type of football played in the Premier League I told them they were wrong. Silva is a very skilful genius - and he is also a very robust "lightweight". Just wait while he is feeding Dzeko for goals galore!! One of the best players ever to play for City

Best player ever seen in a city shirt?

I can't argue with the above comment made by SkyBlueSuedeShoes. Silva is a sensation - simples!
Tudor
He doesn't half get stuck in.
Johnny Baguette
Anyone else think that David Silva reminds them of Ali Benarbia? Both make you drool at times.
jackblue
Anyone else love it when "lightweight" silva buried scumbag barton against newcastle??
bluemoonmike
Silva is a little magician. He's the most technically gifted I've seen at City and after he was substituted against Blackpool, the team looked confused and struggled to keep the ball.
scragg
Funny old thing, jack. Ali B was the anchor pundit on Canal+ recently and spoke as highly of QuickSilva as he did of City.
Johnny Baguette
He has been sensational, certainty for player of the season if he can start to add more goals to his great performances.
blinkblue
His tenacity combined with his skill makes him even more admirable.
me_innit
Silva can do for us what Cantona did for the Rags..... only much better......
cityman51
He won't even be considered for player of the season as our performances or individuals are seldom analyzed by the ex-gunner/united/scouse "pundits" who still believe Yaya Toure is playing defensive midfield for us, and they are happy to ignore nearly every good aspect of our team with the exception of Tevez.
