Zabaleta: We Can Win

Derby Build Up: Pablo Zabaleta, the Argentinian Bobby MacDonald who has yet to play in goal for City rates The Blues chances to beat United and can't wait for kick off...

'I believe 100 per cent that we can win the game, because we show our character when we are in games that we really need to win...'

The 26 year old 'Zaba' has come on in leaps and bounds as a tremendously versatile never say die footballer since joining City in Summer 2008 and is the latest player this week to voice his determination publicly:

'We know it will be very difficult. United are very strong and are unbeaten at home, so it would be great to break that record. Everyone is waiting for the derby game, the players as well, because we know it's one of the best games to play in and enjoy.'

Well you can only win, lose or draw a game football Zabaleta but a gold star anyway for pointing out the obvious. Clever breed these footballers.

How on earth do you turn Zabaleta saying he believes City can win the game into an attack on footballers intellect?
Bluedub
Stupid comment. If the players don't have the belief they have no chance. Or at least a lot less. Perhaps he should havbe been talking about the impossible task that lies ahead against the mighty rags. You must have belief in the possible.

Bluedub, lighten up and stop taking everything so literal.
