Where Will You Be Come FA Cup Final Kick-Off?

Manchester City play Stoke at Wembley Stadium on Saturday 14 May 2011 in the final of the FA Cup, but come the 3pm kick-off where will you be?

City were allocated 25,000 tickets, which is nowhere near enough, therefore I suspect thousands of Blues without tickets will be in London watching the game.

Wembley Weather

Looking good to me.

Traditionally in the Tudor household on FA Cup Final day has more or less been the same since 1984 when I married. The unwritten rule and understanding between the wife and I is that I am allowed two days out of the year where I can have to myself - no children and now grandchildren to worry about, just me, myself and I. Cup Final day is one and Boxing Day is the other. In other words its me time.

Cup Final Day

In years gone by the FA Cup Final was just about the only live football game one could watch on the TV - international matches were another. Saturday will be similar to the other 27 occasions whereby I get to have a few cheeky lunchtime pints down the local and then around 2pm a few of my mates and I come to my house and watch the game. Beer included. This time however is different. I have a vested interest. I'll be wearing my colours with pride and perhaps I might even train our dog to do the Poznan dance with me should we lift the cup. Now wouldn't that be something!

Come 5pm I will be well under the influence and with a bit of luck celebrating our first bit of silverware in years. Where will you be come 3pm?

I will be watching it on tv, wondering if we (Spurs) might have been there as well, thats if Harry had not decided we did not need any FA or CC runs, choosing instead to crash out at the 1st hurdle to Arsenal and Fulham to concentrate on PL AND CL oops bit of a clanger there lol, just goes to show what you can achieve if you know HOW to fully make use of your squad,,,,,,,all the best lads, have a great day out.

We conduct most of our debates via our forums Born&BredSpur. I know you lot do the opposite over on VS - I suppose its 'horses for courses'.
