Just The Way We Are

A recent talkSPORT poll put Manchester City second behind Chelsea as clubs who other football supporters hated.

As a representative of Vital Manchester City I would like to say...

**** you!!

In the meantime I think I'll chill out to the following - just the way we are. Care to join me?

that's the spirit, it's not our job to be liked by the also rans and the old elite of the prem. fekem. I saw some other polls that put us right at the top in terms of fans who were happy with the progress of the team, value and future prospects. onward and upward, happy days.

VMC has received a complaint from a City player. "SWP will you turn the bass down."

All of the hatred focussed on our club can be laid at the feet of one man - Sulaiman al Fahim. Most rival fans have forgotten him, even some City fans couldn't tell you who he is - but he was the chap that ADUG hired to broker the deal with Shinawatra, and he was the big-mouthed boaster who stated that we would "Buy messi and Ronaldo", and become the biggest club in football overnight. This guy proved such an embarrasment to our owners that they dissociated themselves from him entirely after only a few months, but unfortunately, the damage was done, and everything we now do is seen through the lens of that man's arrogance. I don't particularly think we've been any worse in our behaviour than other clubs, but the perception of City will be forever tainted by the words of this man.
