French Media Reports Nasri City Agreement

French Media Reports Nasri City Agreement

The media guru's at L'Equipe declare today that Arsenal's Samir Nasri has an 'agreement in principle' in place with Manchester City ahead of a 22 million euros transfer...

L'Equipe reckon 24 year old Nasri and his representatives are close to being given the green light to go North by Arsene Wenger who has softened his stance over the talented midfielder's wantaway status. The Arsenal gaffer was unimpressed by Nasri's showing in the Gunners friendly draw with Boca Juniors.

Wenger is waiting on the outcome of the pursuit of his own midfield targets and 'Fabregasgate' before giving the French international the nod. Should Nasri join The Citizens, he would be the fourth big name Arsenal star to leave for City since Sheikh Mansour came to town after Kolo Toure, Emmanuel Adebayor and Gael Clichy.

More as we get it...

Ah right cheers. A few bob for Kroenke to stick in his sky rocket, maybe treat himself to a nice bit of steak or caviar while Arsene counts his pennies.

With your unlimited resources and a Sheikh intent on using your club to further the glory of his dictatorial regime what does one expect. A football game is still 11 vs 11 and we shall see what use all the money is when we meet on the pitch, strangely with us as underdogs this time, the first time in the history of our respective clubs.
