England's Number One To Stay City's Number One

24 year old Joe Hart has signed a new five year contract with Manchester City. He'll be staying Blue until 2016 and for sure, beyond...

In committing to The Citizens, our goalkeeper had this to say about the club and the fans:

'I can't think of myself being anywhere other than City and it really feels like home. I feel very privileged to be staying here for another five years. I've got a lot of love for this club, the way we're moving forward and for the fans who have been fantastic towards me from day one...it is a very exciting time to be a City player.'

Harty will be representing City for England against Holland in a friendly on Wednesday night at Wembley.

Hes a quality keeper - and am quite jealous he plays for you guys - I reckon the 2 Manchester clubs are the title contenders this coming season - not these soft southern fairy boy nancy teams.... :)
