Arsenal And City Finally Agree Terms For Nasri

Arsenal have confirmed today that the North London club have agreed terms with Manchester City over the sale of France International forward Samir Nasri...

The statement from The Emirates Stadium reads:

'Arsenal can confirm that they have agreed terms for Samir Nasri to move to Manchester City.
"The 24-year-old midfielder, who has spent three years with the Gunners, has been omitted from Arsenal's squad which flies to Udinese this afternoon and instead will travel north for a medical.
"The move will be subject to Nasri passing a medical and formal registration processes.'

Nevermind three agents and lawyers haggling for a bigger cut, concerns had surfaced over the weekend that the deal might not go through following the airing of a dated TF1 interview with beleaguered Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger which was carried out earlier in the summer shortly after the rags made a bid for Nasri.

In it Wenger proclaimed that both Manchester clubs were on Nasri's tail and that his departure was a long way off.

Well that time has now come for a fee of around 23 million and City's resurgent, close knit squad will without doubt be strongly bolstered by the arrival of the talented Petit Prince de Marseille who all being well be included in the City squad for the weekend's game at Tottenham.

More news as we get it as everyone heads off to The Brigewater Hopsital again...

About bleeding time! Welcome to Manchester Samir, here's hoping you get your wish to actually win something.

Another effing mercenary in for the money to swell your squad numbers hahaha. Just more attacking talent to get paid ridiculously high wages just to warm the bench, because let's face it i don't see your coward of a manager dropping his favoured 2 dmf approach to all matches.

Lol truth hurts guys, mancini is a cowardly, overly cautious manager. I don't see you winning any major honours with him in charge!

FA Cup is no longer a major honour it seems, oldest and most famous cup competition in the World, but I suppose Citeh winning it has devalued it massively... Please, please Bobby, keep playing this brand of negative and boring football, I'll be getting through a box of tissues a game at this rate!

Some hilarious devlopments on Tw@tter right now. Loaded Arsenal legend Piers "Morgan" Moron has been goading Arsenal's Emmanuel Frimpong into tweeting quote unquote "Money Is The Roots Of All Evil" in the general direction of Samir Nasri. The 19 year old did so and the French press are picking up on his "attack" on Nasri. Stay focused Arsenal, eh?

Almost as good as signing Nasri is the thought that its upset Piers Morgan. As for goading a young dimwit into insulting somebody tells me what sort of boy he was. The boy who wriggled out of trouble he caused for years until eventually getting an almighty slap across the face in front of his whole school.
