Boyata Bolton Bound

The athletic Dedryck Boyata has joined Bolton Wanderers on a season long loan, the second Blue to say ta-ra for a bit in as many days...

21 years old next November and with 22 City appearances under his belt, the classy Belgian defender will be a tremendous asset to The Trotters with his ability to play at right back or in central defence.

Owen Coyle is nobody's fool and many City supporters hope that Boyata comes back to The Blues stronger for the experience of working with him. Dedryck can still have a big role to play in our future.

Good luck Dedryck, you should get plenty of game time at the Reebok - hope you return a much better player and force your way into Mancini's plans.
