VMC Forum Man Of The Season Latest

Dare we say back to the football? Joe Hart was one of a handful of Blues to trudge out of the daunting Allianz Arena with any credit...he's the VMC Forum crew's Man of The Match from one hell of a Champions League leveller. Harty is slowly edging up the VMC Man of The Season leader board.

England's Number One tried everything he could to repel the powerful Bavarian attack, but noticeably he showed just how much he cares about this club in the way he reacted in manic fury to that killer second goal going in.

Once again, Micah Richard comes in for recognition as his career continues it's tremendous resurgence. In truth, both full backs impressed in Germany. Clichy looks sharp and focused. A shrewd Mancini acquisition and a snip at 7 million.

Now for Blackburn and another tough test of our title credentials. Mancio will be looking to his players for a response from the chastening experience of Tuesday night.

The New VMC Man of The Season Format:

This season VMC will be running our Man of The Season contest using a Formula One style points system run by PhillyCitizhun Productions replacing the accumulated polls won result used at the end of the previous four seasons to define our Maine Man. This way we'll get further accuracy over who is regularly putting in a shift for the City cause.

The good news is that Manchester City Captain, Vincent Kompany is available for the first time since Boxing Day. The bad news is that Sagna, Mangala, Delph, Nasri, Navas, De Bruyne and Bony are out.

David Silva, who took a knock last weekend is expected to be available for selection.
