'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Celebrity Rag Delivers Another City Team Talk

Sir David Beckham has been talking City on an LA Galaxy football tour in Indonesia. Ever the one to mirror rag smugness he's clearly sensed they fancy themselves again...

Despite repeated scrape through results of late, the one paced dead ball specialist reckons the one-sixers shall overcome in The Premier League title chase:

'I don't think Manchester City have a chance' droaned the 50 year old Joe Pasquale impersonator.

He continued to straw clutch:

'This season they have got a good team and have some good players, but Manchester United have more experience and know how to win a championship.'

By experience we can only guess he's looking to the upstanding likes of Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra and Wayne Rugney. All part of the side utterly humiliated by the team with no chance only last month.

Every rag's favourite scouser has himself talked up a revenge mission at The Etihad next April. We'll see.

Keep 'em coming your lordship!

What a peni...

As clear a victory of style over substance as you'll ever see, and you can bet it was his publicist that advised him to make those remarks in order to stay in the headlines. Should be forced into getting a large tattoo saying "City will Never win the title" if we do.

Seems someone is looking for one last big payday.

Come on lads its nearly Xmas and team Beckham (©®™ Victoria) have buckets full of dodgy smelly stuff to shift.

Living in America, I can say that I don't think David Beckham has a chance of ever being relevant.

This doting dad is looking for another big move. The fact that his kids are virtually American will not stop this man dragging them back to Europe away from their friends. It's good for Brand Beckham to be ready for the Olympics lads, you'll be fine.
RobsonGreensleeves
What a smashing apartment he's just bought in Paris. But why not sign again for the rags? He's quicker than some of their current super stars.
Johnny Baguette
The biggest mercenary world football has ever seen and our players get stick for being paid well! Beckham is a shameful self-promoter, image-builder, and will use any situation, even Gary Speed's death, to promote himself.
