'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Manchester City v Arsenal Video Promo

Manchester City may have dropped points at Chelsea a few days ago but all that malarkey is water under the bridge. Now we concentrate on another so-called 'big fish and they don't come any bigger than Arsenal.

COME ON CITY...

A Big Fish? I thought "Big Fish" didn't sell their best players, especially to evil oil-rich clubs that are intent on destabilising them?
fifthcolumnblue
Careful Fifth, you might upset the moral crusaders.
Bluedub
Have you seen their kit for next season then?

They won't be such big fish when the best team in England thrashes them on Sunday.
PhillyBlueMoon
did any of you fans from the so called best team in europe watch the draw for the knock out stages of the european cup.oh no sorry i forgot the "best team in england " werent in it were they
cornish gooner
No such thing as the European Cup Cornish.
Bluedub
Looking forward to this match. Should be good entertainment ! I predict the score will be 2-2 !
Strapping Blue
yes Cornishgoon, we did see the draw. In years to come you can look back on your last Champion's League draw, just as you look back with misty eyes at the days when the Gooners had no competition at the top of English football besides the rags. Don't particularly fancy your chances against AC either. Oh well, on the birght side, at least being knocked out so early will enable to allow Monsieur Vinegar to concentrate on trying to stay in the top 6 this season.
fifthcolumnblue
fifthcolumnblue you really do brighten my day, i have a good chuckle at your posts dont ever change from the comical deluded chap that you are, i take it you are a chap and not a chapess
cornish gooner
Glad you like the banter Cornish, was beginning to think all you gooners had had a sever sense of humour bypass.
fifthcolumnblue
@fifthcolumnblue AKA mystic meg. A lot of people didn't fancy our chances at the bridge either but we still smashed 5 past them. Nice to see you hold our tiny club in such high esteem....To cite a famous quote, "Talent is God given, be humble. Fame is man-given, be grateful. Conceit is self-given, be careful." (John Wooden). I remember the season that Arsenal went unbeaten, even opposing fans were applauding our team......after one particular game pompey fans were applauding our team even after we gave them a good stuffing, in a later game they gave Henry a standing ovation in which he returned the gesture at the end of the game by wearing a pompey shirt and reciprocating their applause.......and you wonder why you feel the whole world is against City?.......I better wipe my misty eyes now. May the best team win.
gunnerman76
The whole world is against City because Henry wore a Pompey shirt?
Bluedub
You demonstrate my point about the sense of humour bypass gunnerman;) But hey, I supposed you lot preferred it when we were singing "We're going to win 5-4" when 4-0 down against the Arsenal. Yep, much easier to like us then (Simulates patronising pat on the head).
fifthcolumnblue
fifthcolumn a sense of humour is vital, its far to easy to be a miserable *****, long may the banter continue no matter what the result tommorrow, even though we will probably stick 4 or 5 past you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
cornish gooner
Good grief. Arsenal paragons of virtue. Paragone down the tunnel every time that by now famous brittle discipline cracks. Chelsea are no great shakes and will be in trouble when the old guard run out of steam. Burned off by Wigan today and nearly lost it but for the ref. Again.
Johnny Baguette
City should win this one but can Arsenal get some thing from this ( HOPING). Im fraid Arsenals defence will be too fragile on this occassion .City 3-1.
