Tevez Expected In Paris Today (18/01/12)

Newswires from around the world are currently reporting what the majority of Manchester City fans have been waiting for, and that is to get Carlos Tevez as far away from Manchester as humanly possible.

Argentina via Manchester to Paris

Paris isn't exactly a million miles away from the North West of England but it will do, especially if rumours and various newsworthy sources are correct. Personally I won't believe it until I see it, but miracles occasionally happen.

Will Carlos arrive in Paris later today?

Paris Saint Germain

News hot of the press (AFP) suggests the 27-year-old mercenary could be lined up to sign a three-and-a-half year deal at Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint Germain, and if the Argentinean agrees personal terms the striker could be off City's books by the end of the week.

Like I say, I'll believe it when I see it.

At least he won't be able to complain that Paris has no restaurants - I've heard that it has at least 3...

I wonder if JB has any inside info?

The word on the rue is that PSG will aim to sign Pato, Kaka and Tevez before the month is out. Sheikh Mansour happy to do business with Sheikh Tamim who will meet all financial guarantees required by MCFC. Tevez had his heart set on Milan, but the story doing the rounds is that City are tiring of the Milanese cat and mouse and PSG will do nicely. Hard fromage, Carlos.

Thanks JB

soo in another 2 years PSG will have the same problem we had with Tevez,in the same way The Rags and WHU did, Tevez is a 2 year man at any club, and Loyalty is not in vocabulary.... but he wil score goals in those 2 years...

Joorabchian will be in Paris meeting Leonardo PSG's Footy Director on Thursday.

...Tevez could be in line for a pay rise. Seriously.

(to finish my thought...) PSG would be the best option because money is not an issue to the new owner. If they offer £30m for him I would be in heaven.

A pay rise? Platini will have a hernia, what about Arsene? He claimed PSG takeover was good for French football, I wonder what he'll make of that news and then of course we have the kaiser, surely he won't be happy with another non G14 cartel team offering them sort of wages.

Of course the PSG takeover was good for French Football, bluedub, where else do you think Arsene will end up in a few years? Back in France, leading the team with tons of money. He did it once, he'll do it again.
PhillyBlueMoon
Why would they sign a three and a half year contract when everybody knows he will be gone within two due to some problem with something or other...
