'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Form Is Temporary - Lack Of Class Is Permanent

Vital Manchester City received the following article from member fifthcolumnblue.

Is there anyone left in this country who thinks Wayne Rooney has even an ounce of class?

They're surely in an ever diminishing bunch, particularly in light of the latest Twitter incident involving the erstwhile 'England Talisman'.

On finding out that the minnows of Zambia had beaten tournament favourites Ivory Coast on penalties in the African Cup of Nations final last night, Rooney tweeted...

'zzzzzzzzzzz PGA golf is on. Come on boys. Funny that 2 Toure's was there all the way and lost. Ha ha.'

Classy, and just a tad unsportsmanlike, particularly when Rooney's own record of reaching major finals is, shall we say, less than spectacular?

Not to put too fine a point on it, Rooney's record reads:

2006: Sent off in World Cup quarter finals for stamping on an opponent (scored 0 goals).

2008: Failed to qualify for the European Championships.

2010: Scores 0 goals as England pathetically crash out in the second round - publicly rants at England fans.

2012: Banned for 3 matches after petulant kick at Montenegro player - the ban was later reduced to 2 matches after the FA took the undignified step of appealing the ban. Wonder if Wayne blushed?

All I can say Wayne is that the Toure brothers have done something that you will never achieve in your career - they played in the final of a major international tournament. So why don't you button it eh?

I would dive in with a little bit of outcry of my own but I'm not entirely sure what the illiterate buffoon is talking about.

I think the bigger picture here is that Rooney was replying to a Tom Cleverley tweet. The Cleverley tweet was congratulating Zambia on their win and also touching upon their journey, a journey that started nineteen years ago ironically also in Libreville, after the plane crash that wiped the then Zambia squad off the face of the earth. Rooney being Rooney was oblivious to Cleverleys good intentions and thought he was having a pop at the Toures so jumped on in as he does. The fact that everybody in the football family is supposed to know about the Munich disaster and indeed bow their heads once a year will be lost on Rooney also. Is their a more odious disgusting human being in football? This as we all know is just another chapter in his depraved (family) life so far.

What outrages me the most is the horrible grammar. And English is not even my native language. A pity.

Jesus there's hundreds of individuals as equally disgusting. the poison dwarf Evra, bucktooth racist Suarez, Harry Redknapp, Barry Fry, Neil Warnock, Roman Abramovich, Cashley, Allardyce, Mourinho, Pulis, Marlon King, Bramble, Djouff, David Bentley, those feckin leprechauns the Glazers, that snake Kia Joorabchian, Gervinhos barber, serial ***** impregnator Agbonlahor, Phil Brown, I mean really the list is endless, it's easier to name the decent few, crooks scumbags and potential rapists everywhere you look these days.

Thanks for the team talk Wayne Rugney. YaYa will flatten you in Manchester in April.

Well said Fifthcolumnblue.

@nikolaijns, sorry. forgot about Barry Fry!

Quite a list there Nikolaijns. Sadly, can't really disagree with any of them. Sad state of affairs. But what's worrying me at the moment is that Pubehead seems to be getting carte blanche for his indiscretions at the moment due to the FA's assinine and frankly desparate decision to appeal his 3 match ban for violent conduct. What will he do next, deliberately break someone's leg on the football pitch - and get away with it? Scumbag player, scumbag club.
fifthcolumnblue
Impressive list nikolaijns, alas i do believe rughead to be the most obnoxious, vile ****head there is.Not only elbowing, attempted castrations, sly kicks from behind, swearing at tv cameras, swearing at your nation's fans who have spent fortunes and gone round the world to support you,and diving and cheating in every match, but then after impregnating your wife with rughead junior(probably will become as vile due to the Rooney genepool),you go round sh*gging prostitutes whose probable ailments you will then pass onto the loving Colleen.
giolib921
So no redeeming qualities whatsoever and he is still pig ugly.

Rooney is a great player with many winners medals palying for the most sucessful Premier league team but tribalism dictates the constant non footballing distasteful comments of another human beings .
