Tudor Retires - Vital Man City Editor Required

On 1st May 2008 I became editor of Vital Manchester City - four years later and Tudor would like to hand the VMC baton over to someone else.

Change in circumstance

Towards the end of last year my personal circumstances changed which means I simply don't have the time to devote to the Vital Network and Vital Manchester City. Those of you who know me well know I don't take my decision lightly. Nevertheless, life moves on and VMC will still be around for years to come, its just I won't be here to see it.

My first front page article

Overhaul At Vital Man City

I was full of energy and had the desire to take Vital Man City forward. Do you want to do something similar? If you do and you want to know more about what it takes to be editor then may I ask you contact me via e-mail and i'll fill in the gaps.

Last front page article

My last front page article will be when Manchester City FC play their final game of the season on May 13th, 2012 when City play QPR. By then I hope to have a new editor in place.

Passing the VMC baton

Will it be you?

Very sorry to read this Tudor. It's been an absolute pleasure to have been part of this forum for the last three years and that's in no small part thanks to the work you have personally put in to keep this site ticking over. You will be missed pal. Every success for the future mate and hopefully we may still see you contributing as a run of the mill member on the forum. Slainte

In a 'Monty Python style tribute to Graham Chapman', I say Good Riddance, he's been holding us back! ;-)

Wow! What can I say but thanks for all your hard work mate - you really have made the site what it is today, and through thick and thin you've stuck at it. You'll be missed, but as others have said, don't be a stranger!

You have done a great job; not least when the site threatened to be overrun by people wanting to be insulting to anyone who disgreed with their views. It took a lot of guts to stand up to their bullying and keep the site as professional as it remains, which is a great credit to you. Thanks again for all your hard work and for the pleasure the site gives to so many ......... I just hope your successor is half as good.
