'If It's Football, It's Vital'

City Individuals Take To Net After Rag TeamTalk

There's this out of town football coach who went into one over Manchester City this week following a procession of high profile rags who've been at City all season...

Rene Meulensteen, er, 'technical skills development coach' at Manchester united who very often sits at Sir Alex Ferguson's right hand has allegedly gone deaf in his left ear due to the Stretford bin man's washing machine gum chewing. But that didn't stop him launching a scathing attack on the resurgent Citizens a couple of days ago in what amounted to a fabulous teamtalk.

Having perhaps watched and bought into the BBC's bitter Scouser analysis that The Blues have imploded he publically ranted:

'City do not have a well-balanced team. They only have individuals who play for themselves. You can see that City lack the right team spirit. City are in a position to win the league for the first time in a long while but that is breaking them up. I thought they wouldn't hold out to the end.'

Oh dear. City followed up the caning of West Bromwich Albion with the thumping of Norwich City and worse was to come for the Dutch know all as City's players revealed via social media just how much they are playing for themselves...

Pablo Zabaleta:

'Fantastic 3 pts today and great team spirit. Fans were amazing as always, thanks for your support!' #TOGETHER

Sergio Aguero:

'Lets keep it up, with teamwork, modesty and dedication. C'mon, @MCFC! We can do this! #together'

Edin Dzeko, On The Bench:

'Woooow what a game1-6 Well done boys'

Vincent Kompany:

'What about our totally bonkers travelling fans. Brilliant... inspirational... simply UNIQUE! May all City fans enjoy their weekend.'

Samir Nasri:

'Great performance thanks guys for your support and congratulation to carlos'

Gael Clichy:

'On our way back to MCR. Fantastic support from the fans. Thanks again guys. You rock. Have a safe trip back to MCR to u all.'

Joleon Lescott:

'A lot of luv from other teams fans today on the way we played, appreciated. #realfootballfans'

Taggart has overseen the rag old guard troop out to the hacks to talk City all season. Thirty to Fifty somethings Scholes, Giggs, Carrick, Ferdinand and Evra have all been at the trough at some stage or other, nevermind all their retired pundits.

The message from Planet Blue is clear:

Keep it coming, Stretford!

Not bad for an unbalanced dispirited side, nothing like being motivated by the opposition. I agree with the lads, tremendous support yesterday, you would have thought we were playing at home. Thanks to norwich for trying to win the game by playing football.

Come on guys - if Bryan how-to-buy-a-football-club-connected-to-asian-betting-syndicates Robson says it's over for us, then it's clearly over. He's a 'nited club ambassador after all. Meulensteen? Isn't that a breed of cow? He certainly talks bull.
fifthcolumnblue
Wow.. Another penalty for United. just Wow. Why dont they just give it to them. Why even bother with this farce.
Sajit
Farce is a good description Sajit. It's not really surprising though is it?
Bluedub
It's a shame we couldn't help you lot out, did warn you that we wouldn't though. If it's any consolation if it wasn't for referees Man Utd would never have had the success they have. Still think you will beat them and they will draw at least one game so not over.
P.Avfc
May as well give them the trophy now, even if they play ***** again the referee will give them a phantom penalty or deny the other team the same. We saw before our very eyes today when a Villa player had a head injury, United had the ball, Halsey wouldn't stop the match... Villa got possession back, there's the whistle! It's so obvious now, United will win the league as the men at the top want to protect their #1 brand.
StuMCFC
I wonder how much noise we'll here from the hacks and TV pundits. Young should receive some sort of ban yet his actions are backed-up by the totally 'out of touch' FA panel. We've seen Ronaldo doing it and now Young and probably plenty others. We can beat Utd but we can't beat the better in charge too.
Barney Daniels
Hahaha ABUs, all the same - full of crap, refs are in Chelskis and Citys pockets if anybodys this season......
niteworlok
oooooh Rene!
RobsonGreensleeves
ABU and proud niteworlok. What's with the name? Play too many role games online against 9 year olds?
RobsonGreensleeves
Ive used that screen name for about 20 years, so why should I change it now - got nowt to do with my views, so stay on topic and stop the bull*****
niteworlok
If 'nited weren't such a disgrace, you wouldn't need to invent the ABU's NW. It's a siege mentality that reds fans have had to adapt in the face of constant criticism from other fans for what they see as blatant favouritism towards your side. You reds kid yourselves all you like that we're jealous, but we're not. Yoonited get an easy ride due to their profile, and everyone else hates the dodgy decisions, the bad calls, the blatant penalties not given, the bawling at the referees, the gamesmanship and the blatant cheating that are synonymous with your team under Ferguson. Football will be a much nicer place once he's gone.
fifthcolumnblue
Ye right Fifth, none of things actually happen, you're just an ABU. LMAO!
Bluedub
niteworlok. I didn't once suggest you change your name. Touchy. On topic I will say that Wigan should have had THAT goal and was it Jones that should have walked? Can't remember but it was a stonewall second yellow. You should have had a penalty but the ref had already pushed you along enough so didn't risk it. That on topic? As I said, ABU & proud.
RobsonGreensleeves
'Football will be a much nicer place once he's gone'. What a great thought and comment Fifth. Amen.
RobsonGreensleeves
Im gonna change my screen name to ABU and proud.
