'If It's Football, It's Vital'

United Off The Race Hook?

Is it official or is it me?

Poor Evra perceives that an inappropriate remark, racially motivated, is made against him and a Liverpool player, Suarez finds himself benched for months..on who's say so ?

John Terry allegedly makes an inappropriate remark, racially motivated, against a Ferdinand and gets away with it, on the say so of a Court of Law.

Not content with that another Ferdinand now calls one of the major witnesses at the kangaroo court an inappropriate name, racially motivated, and it all all hush-hush with the ranks of the Club based just outside Manchester and which misappropriates the name of a wonderful city (or City) close as brothers in arms, including the very same Evra who cries 'Wolf' at every opportunity.

How hypocritical is that?

It is widely known that the manager with the big red nose uses whatever devices he can to squeeze any advantage he can out of practically any circumstance and it is not beyond the scope of my belief that the Suarez issue was a put up job to keep the thumb on Liverpool.

Indeed he tried virtually every possible trick in the book to throw City off the title scent, but for once met his match in the shape of Roberto Mancini, although as the year turned he was probably instrumental in the size of Vincent Kompany's ban and even stuck his nose into matters surrounding Balotelli against Spurs.

When will the FA wise up to the fact that the Scottish Knight does this quite liberally and that buy into it hook, line and sinker, every or Evra time?

Was the genius formerly known as Brian Howard Clough castigated for his forthright views both in the written and broadcasting media by the FA? Why does the same not apply to other managers who make inappropriate remarks, not racially aggravated, in the world of Association Football? Or was Brian's assertion that an opposing team could be described as 'cheating I-tie B's' racially aggravated?

On the other hand we have looney-tunes Mario saying he would walk off if he was abused at the Euros. Despite every attempt by some supporters of other nations to put that to the test, he stood firm, scored some sparkling goals and left it to his own Italian media to deprecate him in the form of a King Kong photo in their newspaper. And then when he gave them it back after his goals against Germany, he got a yellow card!

I am a great fan of 'kick it out' as a device against racial segregation in football, but am also of the opinion that the past masters of spin use it as a device to try to help then gain an edge.

I am also of the opinion that 'referee management' implemented by certain managers is only a different form of aggravated abuse to gain an edge.

I notice that the FA have kept their noses out of things Ferdinand. They must have had a text from red nose. I think he should be called to Soho to explain his remarks.

Ferguson is alleged to have said City winning the league drove him to excess alcohol consumption over the closing stages of the season. I suspect his nose and the veins on his face tell a different story, or he has seen it coming for a long time!!

Rednose met his match in Roberto....one tough cookie who would not be intimidated or bullied and Rednose knows it. Time to retire Rednose.

There's an old saying about how one should engage one's mind before opening one's mouth. But Wio doesn't have a brain does he? The FA can castigate a young Arsenal player for making a light-hearted joke about betting, hell, UEFA can even fine a player 100k for wearing the wrong pants, yet Turdinand gets off scott-free for what constitutes racial abuse? Pure unadulterated favouritism towards an England player that happens to play for a certain club.

Justice? Just like the refereeing last season, inconsistent.

so it's OK for Rio to call another 'Black' player an 'Choc ice'and for all that means, but if say Suarez said the same thing would he get away with it scot free? i certainly doubt it, and is not 'selective Racism' as Rio is coloured too, and his 'excuse' for saying it on Twitter, was just bolloney, he should suffer the same fate as Suarez did and get an 8 match ban, or a court case like John Terry, And Rio is a 'fIGURE HEAD' for the anti racism campaign you could not make it up.....
