City Firm Favourites To Beat Liverpool

Its week two of the Premier League this weekend and one of the fixture highlights has to be at Anfield when Liverpool host Manchester City.

The panel of unknowns (to me at least) in the following Reuters video clip discuss Sunday's mouth-watering fixture. Plus, and can you believe this but one of the pundits think Liverpool will be battling to stay in the league rather than challenging for the title.

How times have changed eh? City favourites going to Anfield. This one has draw written all over it if you ask me. Liverpool will be keen to make a statement in front of their own fans after their dismal opening day. Besides we haven't won there for 9 years now, the only time we beat them at Anfield in the PL era. I can't watch that video on my phone but to suggest Liverpool will be battling to stay in the league is nonsense, sensationalism at it's most extreme.

i think we'll come out with a win. liverpool don't have anything figured out right now while we look very good offensively. our defensive woes can only be matched by their finishing woes, so i think we're ok on that count

Got to be the game of the weekend and probably a win for the City 1-0 . Would your Boss then admit that you guys are favorites for the title
