'If It's Football, It's Vital'

The reason for City's away form is ?

City's disastrous away form has been puzzling me for a while and I think I've now got to the bottom of it.

It's nothing to do with playing side as many of you would have us believe; it is in fact the yellow away strip which must have a jinx on it - there is no other explanation.

Please can we ditch it and revert to the classic and luckier black and red stripes as soon as possible - we need the points quick !

I haven't actually seen any of the highlights of the Blackburn game as I was in purgatory at Old Trafford this afternoon courtesy of some free hospitality, although the disappointment of the incoming reports from Ewood Park were somewhat softened by the sight of Adebayor stroking home the winner five minutes from time.

And on a final note, Jens Lehmann - surely the most universally hated player in the Premiership.

Quite agree I cannot understand why the, I would prefer to call it Maroon and Black stripes, were ever dumped especially after winning TWO FA Cups wearing it.

Things are looking a bit bleak for Psycho after yet another defeat - he's now joint favourite with Roeder to be the first Premiership managerial casualty. Lets hope the players will now galvanise themselves to play harder and smarter for the gaffer. The last thing we all need is yet another relegation-fighting season
