'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Crisis ....What Crisis ???

Well what a funny old game this is, and what a difference 90 minutes can make.

Earlier this week there were calls for Pearce to go, but after this afternoon's 2 - 0 win against an equally under-achieving West Ham, Psycho has got himself some breathing space and the wolves have retreated from his door... for now anyway.

The game wasn't a classic by any means, but who cares, the result was all important today; just ask Alan Pardew who tonight has probably swapped places with Pearce as the manager most likely for an early bath - those 'fantastic' Argentinian signings don't look quite so clever now do they.

A couple of special mentions:

1) Samaras for proving that he does have the ability to become a top class premiership marksman

2) Ishmael Miller - awesome performance by the young lad and proof again that the Academy lads are one of City's best assets

And I can't really forget to mention the Gaffer - well done Psycho, it's been a really tough week.... take tomorrow off - you've earned it !

'Even in the Quietest Moments' , 'Some Things Never Change' - if Pearce had got the sack it would have been the 'Crime of the Century'. Come on 'Give a Little Bit' of credit and 'Take the Long Way Home' !

It's time the knockers took a look at who are really in the sh.t e.g. Jol, Roeder, Southgate and Dowie. Hey MERLIN I'll carry on dreaming they usually come true, you see we will surprise a few people this season...anything Drogba can do Samaras can do better.
