Hamann to Return?

Hamann to Return?

Ditmar Hamann is expected to return to the City first team for the visit to Anfield on Saturday.

Hamann hasn't featured since his anonymous showing in the 4-0 defeat at Wigan, after which he was diagnosed with a hamstring problem.

City boss, Stuart Pearce, told the club's official website 'He's back in training and looking good. He's looked after himself whilst he's been out and it is now simply a case of him getting his fitness levels back.'

City may also welcome back Ousmane Dabo into the squad for Saturday after the Frenchman returned to training after a long spell out through injury and suspension.
