Wednesday in the Cup

Wednesday in the Cup

City have been handed an away draw at Sheffield Wednesday in the FA cup 3rd round .

The tie is one that is sure to catch the imagination of City fans and there should be a rush to snap up tickets.

City's last vist to Hillsbrough ended in a 6-2 victory back in the Kevin Keegan promotion season.

City will be looking to go further in the competition than last season's quarter final. The omens are good as the Owl's manager is the same Brian Laws who brought Scunthorpe to Eastlands in last season's third round.
