I'm sensing he's not best pleased with City's stance on the next game.....And I quote... "I am sure the FA would be delighted if City turned around and said 'Stuart can have some involvement' but given the kerfuffle that has led to me taking me to the job, it's probably sensible that I just view the game from the stands and leave it there," said Pearce. "I will have an involvement in picking the squad and I was due to be at the game anyway, whether I was manager or not. "The important thing is the players have met me now. They know I am in charge for the long run. (Coach) Nigel Pearson will take the team. They have met him as well, so from that point of view, I think they are more than comfortable."

Neither the Man City nor U21 games can be done part time. Thay both need to be full time.
