Hearts Friendly In Pre Season

Manchester City have agreed to a special commemorative match against Heart of Midlothian FC in our pre season preparations.

The fixture on Friday July 18th has been arranged so that the Scottish club can celebrate the centenary of their Tynecastle Main Stand.

Tickets have been priced at 25 for adults, and 15 for concessions.

As a prelude to the game, both sides will also be taking part in an open training session on the Tynecastle pitch the night before the game, and entry to that is free for all supporters.

CEO Ferran Soriano told Official Site.

'Manchester City are honoured to join with Hearts FC as they celebrate the centenary of their main stand at the Tynecastle Stadium. Pre season games are very important for the team's training, but also give a special opportunity to bring City closer to fans wherever they are in the world.'

Commemorating an asbestos ridden wooden stand! Hearts would invite folk to the opening of a fridge. Save your cash and stay in the boozer.
