'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Corradi Signals City Exit

Want away striker, Bernardo Corradi has revealed the extent of dressing room disharmony at Eastlands.

Corradi is reported in several of the Sunday papers to have said:

'The manager is typically English. He expects you to go out and beat the other team without knowing how they play. There's no preparation. It has been a nightmare.

'Then I woke up on the morning of the FA Cup quarter-final to read that the captain (Richard Dunne) had criticised all the foreign players.'

Corradi's agent Moreno Roggi also weighed in: 'In Manchester, the climate - and I am not just talking about the weather - is not the best.'

For those supporters who are convinced that Stuart Pearce is not the man to lead the club forward this latest outburst from inside the club just adds fuel to the fire that Pearce has lost his players.

Despite his failings at City, Corradi has played at the top level in both Italy and Spain and must be aware of the internal workings of top sides.

That he is questioning the training methods of Stuart Pearce may simply be borne out of frustration. I think the team's performances this season tend to support the Italian's claims.

A little service may have helped Corradi be a success. At least he looks as if he tries ..... unlike our Greek of vast potential
