You Couldn't Make it Up!

Neil Warnock, recently of relegated Sheffield United, believes he is better equipped than Sven Goran Eriksson to take over the manager's post at Manchester City.

When asked by Sky Sports News if he could do a better job at City than Eriksson, Warnock responded with this nugget: 'That's a little bit of a pointed question - the answer's yes.'

Now I do not believe Warnock would get a sniff at the City job even if every current target refused the job; but he has at least made my Monday.
