He had a great game and hopefully he will keep it going for you all season well until you play us of course.

What we need now is for him to sign a new deal, I know he's on the books for another two years, but his stock just keeps rising, so lets hope this new season shows him the City Board are committed to getting games in Europe. He's an essential building block for the team.

In the majority of the papers including Taggart said that the rags dominated the game, but if you look at those papers which give the players marks, the best team actually was City. If you don't score you don't win. In years to come when they look at the score it will simply be City 1 - Taggarts 0. Very gernerous of Vidic to put that bit of side on the ball, for a superb goal. Blue fans were brilliant aswell.

how much will he cost if chelsea bid for him in this transfer window?a great prospect and if he continues like this then expect a bid from one of the biggies next season and i am not only talking abt english biggies but also european biggies your barca, milan, juves and the lot.this kid is the best defender in his age group in europe right now, though waiting to see how gareth bale does at spurs.

Well when you look at how much Chelski were prepared to pay for Alves, then he has to be worth as much. Especially when you consider he's as comfortable at full back and centre half. You've got yourself a gem
Topspur1

I think Richards will not continue with the club,Especially as I saw that the desire of Chelsea to take it from a long time . Please see this old poll : http://www.chelsea.vitalfootball.co.uk/polls.asp?id=8526 Date: 1/1/2007
