MCFC Vital MOTM Awards Update

Yet another different member of the Manchester City squad has done his bit for our increasingly credible cause. Darius Vassell did the business against Bolton...

Some of the 'Street of Shame's' sport hacks, frustrated by City's continued top six residency, have been trying to portray City as an Elano led one man team.

Our Vital MOTM awards continue to tell a different story. You can see the confidence growing in Darius Vassell and long may it continue...

Let everyone think we are one man team and whilst they are busy trying to mark Elano out of the game we will have someone else will pop up as a match winner.

agreed, just finished watching the weekend 'wrap up' report show here in Canada, half hour show...10 minutes on Capello, 12 minutes on the 'big four weekend', 5 minutes on Kaka and the tourney out east with the remainder of the time talking about Celtic...no mention that we're in the top four. On one hand I think "let's keep it that way and fly under the radar", but then again I keep hearing about the 'youth of Villa', the 'fight in Blackburn" and why no one wants to play Pompey, but nothing about us in 4th. Mindsets are hard to switch once set no matter where you reside.
