Outstanding focus from the whole squad to deliver this new club record and outstanding start to the season :hat off:

Hopefully Pellegrini and the players will get the credit they deserve and Chelsea and their loathsome manager will get the same pasting from the media that we were on the end of last season when we stumbled against Stoke.

Looking forward to meltdown by the Chelsea fans and I suspect that suddenly the legions of fans who proclaim him to be "Greatest League Manager Since The Dawn of Time" will start getting SBS (squeaky bum syndrome) and begin........Doubting

No games are easy lets keep this going, I have not seen the game yet, was Navas injured or was it tactical change?

Oh.....and just catching up with Sky Sports and some of the post match interviews.

Makes me appreciate our Charming Man even more listening to the litany of excuses and moaning from Leslie Hughes, Brenda etc. plus Wenger's standard 'I didn't see it' regarding a red card decision for Newcastle

Tactical. He looked like he was trying too hard to impress and kept **cking up. probably feeling under threat with Kev's imminent arrival

Yes Maureen has gone from fake result to we did not deserve to lose, and he looks under a bit of pressure just quitely. This is a day for a gloat having beaten a 100 year record, so a proud day for City fans everywhere.

Johnny Baguette - 29/8/2015 15:26

Keep an eye on that Behrami having afters with our players repeatedly

Once again late to the party having had to work yesterday - did anyone else notice just after Behrami had a clip at Sergio by the right touch line in the first half (sorry, watching highlights so can't give a time) the ball is cleared and Sterling does really well to hold off the challenge so we recover the ball.....he then drifts over to the left side of the pitch and as the play moves away from the edge of the box a Watford defender (right centre half) deliberately stamps on his heal? Ref is watching the ball and looking back towards the halfway line so the defender got a sneaky 'reducer' in...

Raheem asks him what that was about but then to his credit just got on with his game, unrattled. Very mature performance from a young man under the microscope. Responded with the best riposte possible - a well taken goal.
