Stunning Bias from The BBC

.....and adding to the list of programmes....

BBC 1 Sunday 8.20am tune in for a MOTD Special as they show highlights from David Beckham's All Star Match for Charity.

Now this game was played in support of UNICEF and fair play to those who committed their time to play and support the event but I am quite sure that there are many games played by ex-pro footballers in support of charities but I doubt they will get the high profile dedication of air time on the BBC. Just happens to have been played at the Swamp and Taggart was 'managing' one of the sides.

Only caught a few minutes and certainly Ronaldinho did seem to be well able to display his old skills. He also looked amongst the slimmest of many of them.

Any ideas why the BBC chose to broadcast radio commentary of El Classico instead of the City v Liverpool match? If it's to do with broadcast rights then I might understand.

I note they have elected to broadcast the rag CL home game on Weds whilst City play Juve......if the argument is to save the licence fee payer's money then the decision to send a production team etc to Madrid had better have been because they had no rights to commentate on our home game.

Like it or not, they would get a bigger audience with both broadcasts
